This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house I made on The Sims 3. You walk in on the second floor which has the kitchen, the main living room, a bathroom, a formal and informal dining room. If you go downstairs to the bottom floor, you will find the second living room, and the master suite. There is a wall of windows in the second living room which opens into the huge veranda that has an outdoor kitchen, a bar, a dining area, and an outdoor sitting area. The entire veranda is surrounded by brick walls and brick arches. There is a good sized pool in the back yard with lots of landscaping and lighting. The third floor has bedrooms of equal sizes, however, one of the bedrooms has a private balcony that overlooks the entire backyard. There is also a large bathroom, a TV area, and a computer nook with a large picture window. The home has brick accents throughout both the interior and exterior, and has seven wrought iron balconies.
